These garlic fries are so good, you’ll feel like you’re in a Red Robin’s restaurant.

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

Before you begin, preheat your oven to 400°F. This is the optimal temperature for baking frozen french fries.

Step 2: Melt the Butter

Take a small saucepan and melt one cup of butter over low heat. Be careful not to burn the butter.

Step 3: Add Garlic and Paprika

Once the butter has melted, add two tablespoons of minced garlic and stir for a minute. Followed by two teaspoons paprika powder and continue to stir.

Step 4: Add Robin Seasoning

Take a teaspoon and add one teaspoon of Robin Seasoning to the mixture. Robin Seasoning is a special blend of herbs and spices used in Red Robin’s kitchens. This seasoning is what gives their garlic fries its distinctive flavor.

Step 5: Coat Frozen Fries with Seasoned Butter

Pour the seasoned butter on top of one bag (22 oz) of frozen steak fries or potato wedges. Mix well until all fries are coated with the seasoned butter.

Step 6: Bake Fries Until Crispy

Spread the coated fries out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they’re in an even layer so they cook uniformly. Place them in a preheated oven and bake them for twenty to thirty minutes, depending on their thickness, flipping halfway through. The garlic parmesan fries will be crispy and golden brown when they are done!

Voila! Your delicious, homemade Red Robin garlic parmesan fries are ready! Enjoy as is or served with your favorite gourmet burgers, onion rings or a side salad!

Substitutions and Variations

To add some variety to your fries, there are many substitutions and variations to try. For a vegan option, you can use frozen sweet potato fries or onion rings instead of the usual French fries. If you’re looking to reduce the amount of oil used, try replacing the lite olive oil with avocado oil or coconut oil.

For a cheesy twist on the classic garlic fries recipe, swap out the parmesan cheese for cheddar or blue cheese crumbles. You can also try using different seasoning blends such as cajun, chili lime or even ranch seasoning.

If you’re looking for even more flavors in your fries, try making garlic butter parmesan potato wedges instead. These will give your taste buds a gourmet experience that pairs well with burgers and other delights. Additionally, you can add some variation by trying a herbed garlic steak fry recipe that uses rosemary and thyme for added aroma while roasting.

For fans of Red Robin’s menu, you can recreate their famous Robin Garlic Fries by simply adding their signature spice blend- the Red Robin Seasoning to your fries recipe. You can also mimic Red Robin’s Parmesan Fries by sprinkling the Parmesan cheese shreds over the fries during the last few minutes of baking.

Don’t be afraid to experiment with different ingredients and flavor combinations to find your personal favorite variation of this delicious dish.

Serving and Pairing

If you’re a fan of gourmet burgers, then these garlic fries are the perfect complement to your meal. Pair them with your favorite burger and you’ll have a complete meal that’s sure to satisfy. The garlic parmesan seasoning on the fries adds a richness and depth of flavor that pairs exceptionally well with beef, chicken or even vegetarian burgers.

But it’s not just burgers that these fries go well with. They also make a great accompaniment to hot dogs, brats or other grilled meats. You can even serve them alongside onion rings or potato wedges for a hearty appetizer platter.

For those looking to keep things on the lighter side, consider serving these fries with a simple green salad. The combination of fresh greens and savory garlic parmesan flavor creates a delightful balance of flavors.

And if you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to indulge, pair these fries with your favorite beverage – whether it’s a cold beer or a glass of rich red wine – for a truly satisfying gastronomic experience.

However you choose to serve them, these garlic fries are guaranteed to impress your guests and become a go-to staple in any culinary repertoire.

Make-Ahead, Storing and Reheating

If you’re planning to serve these garlic fries at a party, there are several steps you can take to make ahead of time without sacrificing quality. First, prepare the garlic seasoning and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. You can also consider prepping the fries ahead of time by baking them for just a few minutes before freezing them.

When it comes to storing, keep in mind that the longer fries sit in the fridge or freezer, the more their texture will deteriorate. We recommend enjoying these fries within three days of making them. If you have leftover cooked fries, store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container. When you’re ready to reheat them, spread them out on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for about 5-10 minutes.

While reheating may never be as good as freshly fried, there are still ways to maximize flavor when reheating this dish. For best results, allow the frozen fries to thaw slowly in the fridge overnight before reheating them. You can also add a little extra garlic seasoning or parmesan cheese to enhance their flavor profile during reheating.

By keeping these tips in mind you can enjoy your homemade Red Robin-style garlic fries anytime without sacrificing taste or texture!

Tips for Perfect Results

We all know that creating the perfect dish takes a lot of precision and care. That’s why, in this recipe article, we’ve compiled some helpful tips to ensure that your garlic fries turn out crispy and flavourful, just like Red Robins’ version.

1. Choose the right fries: To ensure optimal results, be sure to use frozen French fries or seasoned steak fries. These varieties will provide a crispy exterior and a soft interior that pairs perfectly with the garlic seasoning.

2. Use light olive oil: Instead of traditional vegetable oil or cooking spray, use light olive oil to coat your fries. This will provide a richer flavor profile without overwhelming the delicate taste of the garlic.

3. Opt for Robin Garlic seasoning: Though there are many garlic seasoning blends out there, we recommend going with Red Robin’s own Robin Garlic seasoning for its unique blend of herbs and spices that bring out the best in the fries.

4. Toss while hot: Once your fries come out of the oven, give them a quick toss with the melted butter, shredded parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. This will help distribute the flavors evenly and prevent clumping or uneven distribution of toppings.

5. Customize as desired: Feel free to add other ingredients such as paprika, chopped parsley or chives to tailor your garlic fries to suit your taste buds perfectly.

With these simple tips and tricks up your sleeve, you’ll be able to create garlic fries that are worthy of even the most gourmet burgers on a Red Robin menu!
